We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, all of which can be transacted over the phone, e-mail or mail. You can also send us a check and the information. Certified checks, money orders or credit card orders are shipped immediately. Personal checks may delay shipment a few days. We are usually able to ship within 5 days of your order. If shipping will be delayed any longer, we will contact you. Shipping prices are applicable to the “Lower 48”. If you will not be home during the day, it may be a good idea to ship to your work (if possible) or a friend or neighbor.
When ordering we will need your name, shipping address (not a PO Box), city, state, zip, a daytime phone number, e-mail address if applicable and payment method. We ship UPS and can give you an approximate ship time and deliver date. We can also send you an e-mail when we ship and include the UPS tracking number if you wish.
